電話銷售主管崗位職責1、帶領團隊達成績效目標。2、監督銷售及服務(例如:售后客戶投訴處理、發貨跟進)指標,確保目標達成。3、負責協調團隊的內外部溝通,確保運營順暢及客戶滿意。4、與客戶保持良好關系,了解客戶需求,并提供專業的產品選擇及解決方案。5、為團隊成員提供必要的技術支持和培訓,幫助他們提升銷售技巧和產品知識。6、與產品開發、市場營銷、客戶服務等部門協作,確保銷售工作與公司目標一致,提升客戶體驗。7、負責監聽銷售團隊電話,并提供反饋,以提升銷售技能和客戶服務質量,確保銷售流程高效執行。 任職要求1、本科及以上學歷,工商管理、市場營銷或自動化相關專業。2、了解自動化行業和市場趨勢,熟練掌握銷售方法及策略,具備良好的銷售達成經驗。3、至少 2 年電話銷售或相關領域的管理經驗。4、具備SAP、CRM系統操作經驗,有HubSpot 或類似營銷自動化工具的使用經驗優先。5、有較強的組織管理、溝通協調、時間管理能力。6、具備良好的問題解決及應變能力。7、英語四級及以上,擁有良好的英語讀寫能力。Telesales SupervisorResponsibilities:1. At least 2 years of management experience in telesales or related fields.4. Experience in operating SAP and CRM systems, and experience in using HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools is preferred.5. Strong organizational management, communication and coordination, and time management skills.6. Have good problem-solving and adaptability skills.7. English level 4 or above, with good English reading and writing skills.
