一、任職資格：1.Bachelor degree or above, more than 10 years working experience in this position本科以上學歷，10年以上本崗位工作經驗；2.Automation equipment or corresponding client work experience, familiar with the production/acceptance process of non-standard machines自動化設備或對應客戶端工作經驗，熟悉非標機器的制作／驗收流程；3.Management experience with major customer (Apple/Huawei, etc.)有大客戶管理經驗（蘋果／華為等）的經驗；4.Respond to foreign customers independently, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing能獨立應對國外客戶，英文聽、說、讀、寫流利；5.Keen market sense, good customer relationship maintenance and development capabilities敏銳的市場嗅覺，良好客戶關系維護和開發能力6.Strong technical analysis ability, negotiation ability, interpersonal communication, coordination ability, planning and execution ability, meticulous work, rigorous, and strong sense of responsibility.具有較強的技術分析能力、談判能力、人際溝通、協調能力、計劃與執行能力，工作細致、嚴謹，有較強的責任心。二、主要職責：1.Responsible for the management and work results of the PM Dept. 全面負責項目管理部的管理，對項目管理部工作結果負責；2.Supervise and ****uate the work results of each program managers對各項目經理的工作進行檢查、監督和考核；3.Task assignment and staffing of each program team as needed根據需要對各項目團隊進行任務分配和人員調配；4.Push & assist the PM team to promote important projects in time協助項目團隊推進重要項目，確保重要項目順利完成；5.Monitoring the important projects, organize and resolve the problems in time了解并關注重要項目中的問題，及時組織解決和處理；6.Manage the risk assessment of the project previously, assess human technical capabilities, and control project progress做好前期項目風險評估，人力技術能力評估，項目整體進度把控；7.Coordinate and resolve conflicts between the PM Dept. and other departments during the work協調并解決項目管理部與其他部門在工作過程中出現的沖突；8.Visits regularly and keep good relationship with main customers定期對重要客戶進行回訪、做好關系維護工作。
