Position Purpose:大客戶經理將負責公司戰略客戶管理及開發，銷售公司的產品和解決方案，完成年度銷售目標。維護良好客戶關系并加深客戶合作，推進公司戰略銷售策略實施以實現業務及利潤增長，主動發掘潛在業務機會，并協調各部門完成項目實施。Primary Responsibilities: 制定大客戶管理策略，完成銷售指標，價格管理，DSO指標等，不限于業務開拓，商務關系維護，客戶覆蓋計劃等了解Videojet的價值主張和客戶需求，以及影響價值的業務杠桿，建立并維護客戶關系，能有效構建雙向信任，影響客戶關鍵業務決策人，運用出色的商務談判技巧，積極促成集團客戶的年度框架協議/價格協議/重點項目，形成良好長期客戶合作關系并保持業務增長。使用漏斗管理、價值銷售等工具提升銷售效率和有效性，協調跨部門合作，善于利用公司內外部資源推進重點項目落地，擴大投入產出比。和內部區域銷售/服務團隊緊密合作，推進集團客戶在區域內的項目順利執行及實施。準備并參加部門月度，季度，年度業務回顧。Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:本科或以上學歷，機械自動化或電器自動化，市場營銷相關專業至少8年以上工業銷售或市場開拓經驗，有大客戶管理經驗優先。較強的市場敏銳度，邏輯思考力及客戶關系開發及維護能力較強的溝通能力及商務談判能力，能適應快節奏及多任務交叉工作環境較強的跨部門合作能力能夠使用基礎的Office辦公軟件及基礎英語口語能力
